FLASHCARD Game
First...Study the Key or Study Sheet for your selected Theme then follow the rules below
1. Two player (or two team) game.
2. Shuffle and deal all cards.
3. Each player holds his/her own cards face down.
4. Players simultaneously flip over top card.
5. Players translate card into a number and multiply it to the opponent's card.
(Example:
My Card is "Legs on Insect" = 6
Your card is "Days in a Week" = 7
So 6 X 7 =42)
7. Player who shouts out correct answer first, gets the pair of cards, and places at the bottom of his/her pile.
8. If there is a tie (war), players leave cards on table and flip one more card each. Winner of that flip takes all four cards.
9. *** If a wild is flipped, add the wild to the opponent’s card to steal.***
10. Winner is player who takes all cards from opponent or who has more cards after an agreed upon time limit.
A typical game time limit will be 5 minutes.
Adults or advanced players can offer a one or two second handicap delay to add Competitiveness to the game.
